Zimaya has begun work on its fourth Dubai development, in Jumeirah Village Circle. The site sits a short walk from the district's central park, and the building follows the company's usual pattern: a small number of homes, generous floor plates, and a finish specified before a single contract is signed.
What is being built
The plot carries a mid-rise of eighty-four residences, arranged so that every home has a corner and a through breeze. Ground level gives over to a lobby and a landscaped courtyard rather than retail, which is unusual for the area and deliberate.
Construction begins this quarter. Handover is contracted, not projected, and the date sits in the sale agreement rather than in a brochure.
Why JVC
The district has matured faster than its reputation suggests: schools, clinics and the park are already in place, and the road links to Al Khail and Hessa put most of the city within twenty minutes.
It is the kind of address people move to and stay in, which is the only test Zimaya applies before buying land.
